• Authentication tokens and session data

Google Sildes Data

SpeakerEZ only processes data in your Google Drive once you authorise it to do so via Google Authentication and Authorisation. SpeakerEZ will:

1. Connect to your Google Drive
2. Get a list of Google Slides presentations

Then, if you choose to download or teleprompt the speaker notes from a Google Slide presentation, SpeakerEZ will

1. extract the Speaker Notes from the Google Slide presentation 
2. either download them into a .txt file, or teleprompt them on screen.

If you choose to export the notes from the teleprompter into a Google Slide deck, SpeakerEZ will:

1. create a duplicate of the original Google Slide deck in your connected Google Drive
2. replace the original speaker notes with those in the teleprompter.

We do not store any information on our Servers. As illustrated above, the information, via the SpeakerEZ web service, is either downloaded on demand into a text file, visualised onto a teleprompter, or exported into a new Google Slide deck that duplicates the original one.
